This might come as a shock to you (depending on your age), but many decisions in our youth decide abojt the course of our life, and when you are 35 and have family, you do not give anything about having 11 bone-like armour and weapons in some little browser medieval war game. You will regret not studying more and getting a decent job, allowing you to enjoy the rest of your life, to pay for proper medical service and therefore live longer. Not intending to insult you, but this is short-term thinking. :(

Hi

GOODBYE!

Well, perhaps some of you read my comment, a day or two ago, which explains my reasons for quitting gaming. I recommend you strongly to do the same.  I will not spam this comment section daily and ruin your fun, even if you will probably regret it later at my age e.g. (16). I played for 3 years on average 3 hours a day, including this game since its release of the Arena map. You can calculate how much life time that is: 3285 hours = 137 days. Calculate it for yourself and draw a conclusion. Mine is:

I regret every second of it.

That's why I quit. And as I said I will not spam here everyday, but hope you will decide for the better. I will disable my account tomorrow to be able to answer your questions, in case there are any.

Goodbye everyone!

Take life seriously, it is your only one.

just pixels on a screen :(

I think like 400 words...

Yes, exactly, that is why I want to help you. If you struggle quitting, here is a tip for you that helped me quit: Just every time you want to game, stop to ponder for about 5 seconds, and force yourself to turn off whatever device you are using. Or, even better, delete the accounts of the games.

thanks, I guess, I recommend you to read it nonetheless. If you wish, I can write a summary for you, even if it cannot reach the quality... to be honest, I am relieved not to face serious insults and hate

+++Important Announcement+++

I beg you for your own good, to read the text completely, as it might change your life (hopefully).  I know people these days have low attention spans, especially regarding texts, but please try to overcome your desire for entertainment just for a few minutes. I put a lot of effort into this speech. Thank you.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I "stand" before you to address a growing concern in our society - the detrimental effects of gaming. It is no secret that gaming has become a widespread and addictive activity for many individuals, especially our youth. However, I firmly believe that gaming is bad for our mental, physical, and emotional well-being, and quitting is the best solution!

First and foremost, excessive gaming can have severe (!) consequences on our mental health. Studies have shown that prolonged exposure to video games can lead to increased levels of anxiety, depression, and social isolation. It can also hinder cognitive development and impair the ability to concentrate and focus on real-life tasks. The constant stimulation and adrenaline rush from gaming can lead to addictive behavior, causing individuals to neglect their responsibilities and relationships.

Furthermore, gaming can have detrimental effects on our physical health. Sitting for long periods in front of a screen can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, resulting in obesity, poor posture, and an increased risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. The lack of physical activity and outdoor exposure can also impact our overall well-being and immune system.

Lastly, the emotional toll of gaming addiction cannot be overlooked. Many individuals become so engrossed in the virtual world of gaming that they lose touch with reality. They may struggle to form meaningful connections with others and experience feelings of loneliness and detachment from the real world.

Therefore, I urge all individuals who are struggling with gaming addiction to consider quitting as the best solution, even though admittedly, reducing the gaming time to about 45 minutes a day is a good option too, even if it is very hard to do this consistency (own experience). By breaking free from the grasp of gaming, one can reclaim their mental clarity, physical health, and emotional well-being. It is never too late to seek help and support from loved ones and professionals to overcome this addiction and lead a fulfilling and balanced life. I myself spend hours, even days of my life in video games, including this one, and saw many people doing the same, something I regret deeply nowadays. Buying "fearless" items once was the reason for me to put ridiculously high amounts of time into staring into a screen, and hammering on keys, while my grades deteriorated, as did my physique.

In conclusion, gaming is bad for our overall well-being, and quitting is the best solution. Let us strive to break free from the chains of gaming addiction and embrace a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. I do not want you to quit gaming entirely, but many are not able to limit their gaming time to a low amount. No criticism at Pelican Party intended, just criticism concerning the use of their product!

Thank you.
